The Commission on Ratification & Elections (CORE) has prepared and issued an 11-page report with recommendations and findings for apportionment.
An 11-page report with findings, recommendations, and information for apportionment of seats for the United States House of Youth Representatives in 2020 has been issued by the Commission on Ratification & Elections. The short report has been in the makings since August 2018. The report finalizes 250 seats for the House youth elections in 2020 using an apportionment formula based off of the population of young people in each state. Next stop is the Committee on Youth Elections for review, and then the CYA General Assembly for approval. If approved, the recommendations will be binding, and constitutional, with districts to be drawn.
